All items in our shop are made to order and customized specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged or with a verified defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement for items that qualify.
Please note the following:
- Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. This includes minor scratches, scuffs, or surface marks that may occur with regular use.
- Acrylic items (including keychains and charms) can scratch, crack, or break if dropped or handled roughly.
- Resin items are sensitive to heat and moisture and may warp or become damaged if exposed to high temperatures or certain environments.
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents is not eligible for replacement.
By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge and accept the nature of handmade and custom products, including the materials used and their care requirements.

Some final sale items have known defects and this is disclosed in the sale listing and categories. Final Sales and misfit discounts sales are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
